Hodori — School attendance system for schools, nurseries and kindergartens in Kuwait
Hodori (حضوري) is a school attendance platform built and operated by UPGRADE for schools, nurseries and kindergartens in Kuwait and the Gulf. Teachers take the roll call on their phones in about a minute, supervisors see which classes are still missing, and administrators get the school-wide figure the moment the last class submits.

Hodori (حضوري) is a school attendance platform built and operated by UPGRADE for schools, nurseries and kindergartens in Kuwait and the Gulf. Teachers take the roll call on their phones in about a minute, supervisors see which classes are still missing, and administrators get the school-wide figure the moment the last class submits.
It is a multi-tenant SaaS product: any school can register and run as its own isolated instance, with permissions enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. The iOS and Android apps went live on the App Store and Google Play in September 2026.
What we built
iOS & Android app
A React Native app for teachers, supervisors and administrators, with offline marking that syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Web dashboard
A Next.js dashboard for administrators and supervisors: grades, classes, students, staff, analytics and Excel exports.
Multi-tenant backend
PostgreSQL on Supabase with row-level security and server-side procedures that keep every school's data isolated.
Operator console
A platform console for onboarding schools, approvals, subscriptions and system health.
