## Overview

Salwa (سلوى) is a grocery delivery platform serving the Salwa area in Kuwait. Customers browse the supermarket's catalogue in Arabic or English, pay online or on delivery, and follow their order until it reaches the door.

Behind the customer app sit a driver app and an admin dashboard that run the whole operation — orders, inventory, payments, refunds and wallets. The customer app is published by UPGRADE WEB DESIGN COMPANY on the App Store and Google Play.

## What we built

- **Customer app:** iOS and Android app with search, categories, cart, map-based address selection, online payment and live order status.
- **Driver app:** Assigned deliveries, status updates, and one-tap calling, WhatsApp and map navigation to the customer.
- **Admin dashboard:** A Next.js dashboard for orders, products, categories, inventory, payments, refunds, wallets, reports and staff permissions.
- **Payments & wallet:** MyFatoorah online payments, cash on delivery, and a customer wallet used for refunds.
