UPGRADE builds iOS and Android apps for businesses in Kuwait — from customer apps with online payments to internal apps for field teams — together with the web dashboard that runs them, and takes them all the way to live listings on the App Store and Google Play.

iOS & Android · Admin dashboard included · Payments & notifications · App Store & Google Play publishing

## What we build

- **Customer apps:** Ordering, booking, delivery and loyalty apps with accounts, carts and order tracking.
- **Employee & field apps:** Apps for drivers, technicians, teachers or sales teams — with offline mode for places with weak signal.
- **Online payments:** KNET, card and Apple Pay payments through Kuwaiti gateways such as MyFatoorah, plus in-app wallets.
- **Push notifications:** Order updates, reminders and announcements delivered to the right users.
- **Admin dashboard:** A web dashboard to manage content, users, orders and reports behind the app.
- **Store publishing:** App Store and Google Play listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and review submissions.
- **Over-the-air updates:** Many fixes reach users without waiting for a new store release.
- **Maps & location:** Address pinning, delivery zones and live location where the product needs it.

## Why UPGRADE

- **One codebase, two platforms:** We build with React Native, so iOS and Android ship together and stay consistent.
- **Proven on both stores:** Our own apps are live on the App Store and Google Play, so we know the review requirements before they become rejections.
- **Arabic-first design:** Right-to-left layouts are designed in from the start, not patched in later.
- **Built to be operated:** Every app comes with the dashboard and admin tools needed to run it day to day.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do you build apps for both iPhone and Android?**
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps from a single React Native codebase, so both platforms launch together with the same features.

**How much does it cost to build an app in Kuwait?**
The cost depends on the screens, the integrations (payments, maps, notifications) and the dashboard behind the app. We quote after a short discovery phase instead of publishing a fixed price.

**Will you publish the app on the App Store and Google Play?**
Yes. We prepare the listings, screenshots and privacy declarations and handle the review process on both stores; the app can be published under your company's own developer accounts.

**Can the app accept KNET and credit card payments?**
Yes. We integrate Kuwaiti payment gateways such as MyFatoorah, which support KNET, credit cards and Apple Pay.

**Does the app support Arabic?**
Yes. Our apps are fully bilingual, with right-to-left layouts in Arabic and a language choice for each user.
